Students who wish to open Career reference files and Graduate School reference files may pick up packets of these materials in Central Files. When you want your recommendati
ons sent to either job placements or graduate schools, you may stop by the office or call 772 - 4926, to make out a request. The recommendations are normally sent within 3 school days.
Once a file is opened, your recommendations will be kept for 10 years from the last date of activity.
Dean's Recommendations
Students applying to Graduate Schools or transferring to another college are often asked to submit a Dean's Recommendation. These forms should be turned into Central Files for processing. Please s
ubmit these forms well in advance of your filing deadline, since the process takes approximately three weeks.
Instructors and students schedule course make-up exams if they must be taken outside of the normal course hours. Students must consult with their instructors regarding make-up exams.
