AAAS Mass Media Science & Engineering Fellows Program

The American Association for the Advancement of Science seeks to increase public understanding of science and technology. Selected Fellows will work for 10 weeks during the summer as reporters, researchers, and production assistants in mass media organizations nationwide. Fellows collaborate with media professionals at radio and television stations, newspaper and magazine. Applicants must be in their senior year or at any graduate level in the fields of the natural, physical, health, computer or social sciences or mathematics. Fellows will receive a weekly stipend of $450 and travel expenses.

The mission of the Fund is to encourage racial and ethnic minority students to apply to law school and to provide financial assistance to enure that these students have the opportunity to attend law school for three years.
