All undergraduate residents are assigned to single/courtyard accommodations. Courtyard rooms have a window looking out to the south courtyard, while single rooms have a window looking to the north. The dimensions of the rooms shown in the schematic may vary slightly for some single and courtyard rooms.

Apartments are only available to graduate students. There are only 18 graduate apartments and they are often assigned to returning residents. Therefore, most incoming graduate students receive single/courtyard room accommodations. The dimensions of the apartments shown in the schematic may vary slightly for some apartment-shares and two-room suites. The design and dimensions of some studio apartments may vary greatly from what is shown in the schematic.
