PROGRAMS: CUNY Emerging Student Leadership Conference

The Office of Student Activities would like to invite you to participate in the CUNY Emerging Leaders Conference. The conference will be held at The City College of New York on Friday, February 29, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Only a select group of students will be selected from each CUNY campus to participate in this valuable event.

The theme for this year’s CUNY Emerging Leaders Conference is A Call to Action. The daylong conference will assist you in identifying your personal leadership style through an interactive morning activity. Additionally there will be an opportunity for you to both learn and practice networking skills. The conference will conclude with a presentation and fun activity highlighting community service and leadership. A final benefit of the conference will be the opportunity to meet and network with other students within City University.

If you are interested in participating please stop by the Office of Student Activities no later than February 15, 2008, to complete an application.
