TRANSFER CREDIT EVALUATIONS

The Hunter College Office of Admissions will evaluate transcripts of all college-level work completed at institutions accredited in the United States. The student will be mailed an evaluation during their first semester as a matriculated student.

The maximum amount of credit which may be transferred from a four year institution is 95 credits; the maximum from a two-year institution is 75 credits. In order to eam a Hunter degree you must complete at least one-half of your major and one-half of your minor and a minimum total of 30 credits at Hunter College.
